Hi Nicola.
I have tested this and seems like the only way for you to remove a session from showing up in the Registrant checklist is to Delete the session altogether. In case you have a cancelled session and no one has registered for it. The system will allow you to delete it.
Unfortunately, if people were earlier registered for that cancelled session system will not allow you to delete the session and it would still show up on the Checklist alert.
