Hello,

Does anyone know if there is a usable data tag that corresponds with the report field "Has Air Request"? I am setting up a registration confirmation email for an event with optional air requests, and trying to conditionally show certain text in the email based on if they submitted an air request or not without having to set up multiple paths/email lists. I imagine there has to be a data tag for this, if it's an available field on reports, but cannot figure out how to achieve this. There is nothing on the Cvent Data Tag Cheat Sheet documentation. I also tried the following and receive an error since the data tag is not correct:

{%IF: EVALUATE({[C-HAS AIR REQUEST]}) EQUAL_TO "Yes" %}test{%ELSE%}TEST{%ENDIF%}

If anyone knows the correct data tag, or knows another way of achieving what I am trying to do, please let me know!

Unfortunately not that I know of. It's a huge bug bear of mine as it makes sending out pre event information incredibly time consuming. It's the same with Hotel Requests. You have to export all the people, create contact groups and send the emails out in batches which can take hours depending on how many variations you have. 

Have you tried using one of the questions on the registration as part of your formula in your email?  You can set a question tag for a question that might get you similar information, and then have other information show based on the answer to a question.  I have this set up for a training event where we have to ship equipment to the attendee ahead of time.  If they answer "yes" to the question "is your shipping address different than your work address" it will populate additional sub-questions in the registration, and those questions then appear in the email.  If they answer no, the email skips putting those questions responses in the email.  Not sure if this is exactly the type of application you're going for but thought it might spur a creative solution.
