In our confirmation email, I would like to include a digital badge personalized with the attendee's name that they can download and add to their email signatures. I created a badge using Badges & Certificates, but it only downloads as a PDF. While I can convert it to a PNG or JPG, I'm not sure everyone else can do the same. Does anyone know of an alternative method?

Hi Kris,

The only option here would be to utilize the Badges & Certificates area (as you mentioned above) to create a badge there and include it in the email. Anyone should be able to save the image in the PDF as a PNG or JPG and then add it to their signature if they'd like.
