    HI- I cant get my discount code to work. I have read a few articles and checked all that was suggested. Looking for ideas on what I should check next.  Thanks.

    I would recommend reaching out our Customer Care team as a next step if you are stuck on getting your discount code to work. Summarizing the options to get in contact with them below. They are available 24/7 and would be happy to assist you. 

    • 24/7 chat (virtual assistant): Get round‑the‑clock help via the Community's virtual assistant.

    • Open a support case: Submit a short form and, on average, receive a response from a Cvent expert within 24 hours. This can be done within your profile in the Cvent Community

    • Phone support (best for time‑sensitive issues): Call Customer Care when you need immediate help. North America: 866 318 4357; UK: 0808 234 4543; Australia: 1800 502 472; UAE: 8000120007.

    • Request a call via Community: You can request a call from within your Community profile and receive a callback.
