We have a standalone survey in Premium Survey that we want to sync with Salesforce. We are in the process of integrating with SF. Does anyone know if Custom Survey Fields sync with Salesforce? Thanks!

Unfortunately at the present time this isn't something that is possible in the integration. I will mark this feedback to our developers for a possible future enhancement.
