    In my event all attendees are registered however every report i pull that has DOB selected, nothing shows. Other teammates have this showing. Am i missing a setting?

    This has to do with your User settings, or your role. Your Admin needs to make sure you can see encrypted data  -  which includes DOB fields.

    Hi Amanda,

    I would recommend to check with your account admin and know if your user role has permission to view the fields which are ########, there are few items like DOB, Passport detail are sensitive information and these won't be visible in any reports if you don't have the access. You can ask your admin to provide access to sensitive information.

    Make sure that your admin settings allow you to see this category of data. Adjust what your user role has access to, or have your admin contact do so for you.
