    I had a guest who got registered twice under two separate attendees. Is there any way to prevent this from happening?

    The same email address can only be used once so my guess is they were registered with a work email for one event and a personal email for the other?

    They are both guests of different attendees; the only difference is that one email address is in all caps and one isn't.

    Hi Kris,

    I double checked this and the system does not enforce uniqueness of email address on guests. You can have multiple guests with the same email address (either under the same primary invitee or different primary invitees). We do have a setting that you can toggle on or off within the guest widget ("Accepted registrants can be added as guests and registrant's guests can register on their own") but that only prevents an email address being used by a primary invitee from being used by a guest and an email address being used by a guest from being used by a primary invitee.
