  • 1.  Event-specific custom data tags not consistently displaying

    Hello, I've added an event-specific content block tags (added in Marketing > Custom Data Tags) for my event and I've embedded it on my event agenda.
    For reference, here is the published agenda page in question: AGENDA - Eleventh Cooley's Anemia Symposium
    When the page first loads, the specific agenda item -- the second session listed under Day 2 "October 18, 2022" called "Keynote Address ... SESSION 5A..." -- doesn't initially show up, but when the page is refreshed the content appears.
    Has this happened to anyone else?
    Is there any way to resolve this or prevent it from happening?

    Hope you are well!

    I check the page you mentioned above and the session displayed for me the first time itself. PFB the screenshot :




    I did not have to refresh my screen to see the session. It could be due to some browser issue at your end. I would suggest you to clear the cache and cookies of your browser or use a different browser and it should fix the issue. Also please do check if your browser is updated.

    Hi Raashi,
    After launching the event today and looking at the attendee hub, we're actually not seeing the content show up at all, instead we see:
    "{[E-CUSTOM TAG:SESSION 5A]}"

    Which is the custom tag and not the content of the custom tag. This doesn't go away after a page refresh and all the attendees are seeing this, not just me.

    Data from custom tag is not showing up, instead the attendee hub only displays the custom tag code.
