Hi Nicole -
I would agree with Shaifali, it sounds like a caching issue. If you are in and out of Cvent all day long, you may want to get in the habit of clearing your internet cache and cookies every morning, before you start. It will save you time and a lot of heartache. If you find that it is still an issue, try it in a different browser (Chrome, Edge, etc.).
