One of our exhibitors emailed me:
"I used the link provided to sign up, but when I enter my email, I receive a message saying it's already registered to an account. When I click "Forgot Password" to reset it, I'm told to check my email for next steps-but I never receive anything, which leaves me stuck and unable to move forward."
She wants me to provide her password. What do I do?
