    One of our exhibitors emailed me:

    "I used the link provided to sign up, but when I enter my email, I receive a message saying it's already registered to an account. When I click "Forgot Password" to reset it, I'm told to check my email for next steps-but I never receive anything, which leaves me stuck and unable to move forward."

    She wants me to provide her password. What do I do?

    Hi Blake,

    Is your exhibitor able to confirm if they checked their spam/junk folder? Their firewall or email system may be blocking/limiting emails from Cvent. If not, they can contact our Customer Care team at 866-318-4357 (then press 1 > 1 > 6 for Exhibitor support). This allows Cvent support to troubleshoot the issue directly with the exhibitor.
