Hi Everyone,
I'm currently working on an event where my company is handling the registration through CVent, but another team/account is doing the App (Cvent Attendee Hub.)

We know we can export the information from our registration account and import to the other account for Attendee hub, but needed some clarification as to how to do this fully so no information is missed.

Do we need to export all the sessions separately first, and import that into the other account to have that all set up first and then do the attendee registration export? We had tried earlier to export the attendee list with Session info and import in the Attendee hub account via the Attendee list, but didnt see a place to map the sessions to.

Great question! You are correct that you'll need to export your session list and import it into the shell event in the account that is hosting the Attendee Hub. Basically, you'll want that shell event to match the registration event setup in the other account when it comes to core content that needs to translate into the Attendee Hub. Once you have this content in, like your sessions list imported, then you can import your attendee list along with the sessions they're registered for. Without the sessions existing in the AH shell event, attendees' agenda can't be mapped properly with the attendee import, as you mentioned.
