  • 1.  Failed to due status code 500

    On my exhibitor import, a large portion were skipped with the reasoning "failed due to status code 500." I don't see anything about how to correct this on Cvent. I've tried multiple browsers and clearing cache. Has anyone gotten this before and any idea on how to correct these?

    Hi Allison,

    Hope you are well!

    I got this error checked by the Onsite team and they advised that it could be due to some backend settings in your OnArrival App or OnArrival Contract settings and they would need to check it at their end to find the root cause of this error.
