Hello, I am attempting to assign our exhibitors with a predetermined amount of registrations, but when I do I receive a notification that states I need to turn on Flex Event Registration. I cannot find any information in the community section about this option. Can someone please explain what this is and if there is a cost associated to Flex Event Registration?

Hi Joni,

This just means that you need to enable registration within the event in order to allow Exhibitors to register additional booth staff. You can do this from the home page of the event under the feature status section.
