Hello,

I am trying to generate an invoice for an attendee that registered and I am having trouble. I am following the steps provided and when I select "print badges" it comes up with a popup saying that I need to create a certificate/badge which I already have done. Not sure what is going on.

Hi Maddie,

When creating badges and certificates, we have to assign them to the correct registration types of the event. Within the certificate settings, please ensure that under the "Associated Registration Types" section, that you have associated the necessary registration types.
