One of my event emails has a header and footer that will not align with the main body of the email. I have checked both the background colour and the dimensions and both seem to be correct / the same as other event emails that do not have this problem.

Does anyone know why this might be happening or how to fix it?!

Hello Isabelle,

This issue occurs when data tags such as {[C-CURRENT REGISTRATION]} or {[C-MY AGENDA:ANN]} are used. These data tags are hardcoded, so they automatically occupy space and may overflow the email body when the email width is set to 600px.

Since the data tags are hardcoded, customization options are limited. However, the following workarounds can help mitigate the issue:

• Use default widgets, such as My Agenda, instead of data tags.

• Navigate to Theme > Dimensions and increase the email width to approximately 630px (or adjust as needed).

These adjustments should help prevent the content from extending beyond the email layout.
