  • 1.  Hotel Information Page Not Showing Up For Attendee Trying To Register For Event

    We built our registration site on Cvent, and it went live last week. We had an attendee reach out stating she needs a hotel, but while registering there was never an option for her to select anything regrading needing a hotel or not. Please let me know what the best course of action may be!

    If you have multiple registration types, make sure that all of them are attached to a room type in your room block.
