Oh this is a good one!!!! I have the same issue when there are more than two people registered and they ask for multiple rooms! I know they can specify who the room is for, but... only for the main person on the reservation. I don't have a work around but, you could always do a custom question after the hotel request form asking who is in what room? I don't know if you can use conditional logic based on the request but if so, you could then have it show multiple rooms based on the number the requested.

Subject: Hotel requests with multiple occupants
I have an event where invitees are given the opportunity to request up to 3 hotel rooms for themselves and their guests using the hotel request widget. I am looking for a solution on how to allow attendees the ability to indicate which guests should go in which rooms/which guests should be paired together without using the roommate function. We found the hotel reporting to be a bit of a nightmare when the roommate function is being utilized because the room nights listed comes up as 0.5 for each person if they share a room with someone else. Has anyone found a work around for this?
