Hello! I plan tours that travel to multiple hotels. Is there a way in CVENT that people can just choose the room type (either double or single) without having to select the dates or a hotel as pax are traveling with the group. I would like to be able to pull rooming lists on the back end for each hotel. We don't want the pax to select any hotels or dates as those are already set. Thank you in advance!

Hi Kathy,

Are you using the hotel request widget in Cvent for this? If so, you are unable to turn off the requested check-in and check-out date fields. Since you do not want to have them select dates or hotels, the hotel request widget might not be the best fit for this and you may want to consider just asking an event question where attendees can choose their room type (double or single can be created as the answer choices.) You can then pull these fields/answers into your reports instead.
