  • 1.  How to add schedule virtual 1 on 1 meetings via a web calendar?

    How to add a calendar to the website of the event, so participants can schedule an hour of time to go over their products to be used at the grand event?  Do I need another type of license?

    Hi Tom - 

    You might want to discuss with your account manager.  The Cvent product that you are describing sounds like Cvent Appointments which allows you to your participants to schedule meetings at your event.

    Hello Rebecca Yousif,

    Thanks for the info.  I guess they do not give out that as part of the Trial software for CVENT.  So, are there other ways we can set up meetings via a calendar with 0ut CVENT Appointments?
