Hello,

Across all events in my Cvent, I would like to change all the phone options (home, mobile, etc) to include XXX-XXX-XXXX so I get my registrants to fill in their phone numbers with dashes.

Is that possible somewhere?

Hi Debra!

The only current way to do this is to make your own custom contact fields. Cvent's fields are not designed to be changed to that format as they must be able to accept non-US phone number sequences in case of foreign clientele.

We used to collect with a Custom Contact field but found we have to export/import for the ease of using Attendee Hub.  It will send verification codes to email or mobile, but only if the mobile is in the Cvent Mobile field.
