In Abstract Management, when a submission is accepted or rejected, emails can be automatically sent to submitting authors. However, there does not seem to be an option to have these sent to co-authors.

Can this be done? It is important to our event that co-authors (acting as co-presenters) receive email correspondence from us.

Hi Joshua,

You can create a custom email with the Co-Authors as the audience, however you would need to manually send these emails whenever you accept or reject a submssion. I would recommend adding this within the "Ideas" tab of community so our product team can see the feedback directly!

How would that work exactly? We would have one email template for submissions that were accepted and another for those that were rejected. How would we ensure that the appropriate email was sent to the co-author?
