Hey Kimberly!
What is the error code it's giving you? If you go to admin, reports and import/export, then click the imports tab at the top, it should show the recent imports. Click on it, then details. At the bottom it will give you a reason why it can't import.
Are you attempting to import registrations, or contacts? That will help us help you as well!
