It was a little bumpy at first, as we do not have an in-house IT team. We ended up going with the full Cvent team to help build it for us which was great, but working the kinks out in Netforum through their support channels was like pulling teeth. It delayed us significantly as NF loved to say "oh nothing is wrong" when in fact... things were incorrect. Now that we are up and running, it has been great to have registrants flow automatically into Cvent. Night and day difference in how we can craft the attendee experience and turn on new features and publish attendee hub so much earlier.
We were also considering leaving for another CRM, but recently renewed with NF. That is what got me the budget dollars for this API development. "If we are going to commit to this technology, please give me the money to make it work best for us."

How has your integration with NetForum gone? We were going to transition to another CRM but have decided to stay with NetForum for now.

Very new to the integration process here...
Trying our best to set up an API with our very association-specific database/CRM (NetForum). Trying to find testimonials from other NetForum and Cevtn users has been a challenge, but I hope to have the integration off the ground by our big annual meeting this fall. Hoping that this integration can become more advanced as time progresses and that it opens up the doors to using other Cvent tools. We currently ONLY use Attendee Hub, but I am crossing my fingers to expand our contract and make our management lives much easier.
