Looks like others have said this but you are NOT alone. I remember this issue and it drove me crazy.
When I did an event in the Hub it was due to an optional vs required session. There was also a spreadsheet that was missing fields. Can you download a sheet with everything to see what is missing?

There is no article that explains what this error means or how I am suppose to fix it.
