I recently contacted Cvent support to figure out why titles were missing from a registration report I ran, especially since titles are required on the personal information page during registration. Their response honestly surprised me.
I had no idea that every time I upload an invitation list, it updates the contact records-including removing titles if they aren't included in the uploaded list.
Has anyone found a workaround for this? Some of my invitation lists only include first name, last name, company name, and email address, and I don't want to overwrite or delete existing title information. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated!
