  • 1.  Invoicing Exhibitors Post Registration

    Hello,

    I need a way to invoice exhibitors through Cvent after they register in the portal.  How are you guys doing this?  I don't want to make a Registration Type and have them show up on my attendee list.  The only invoicing I can find is through Attendees>Badges and Certificates, but I thought there was something through the exhibitor portal.  What am I missing?  Is something not turned on?  Thanks!

    Hi Nicolette,

    What specific items are you trying to invoice them for within the exhibitor portal? Their leadcapture licenses? That is what they can purchase directly in the portal but if they are registering for the event starting out in the portal, that still directs them to the event in Cvent and any purchases made would exist in the registration event and not the exhibitor portal.
