Hello,
I am reaching out to the Cvent Community to see if other users are having issues with Cvent logging out before the designated logout time. Our account is set to logout if there has been inactivity for 20 minutes, due to us saving credit cards to our account. But my users have experienced Cvent logging them out with only 2 - 5 minutes of inactivity, or sometimes right while they are working in the system.
It is across all browsers and can happen with only a single or multiple tabs open. We have received instruction to clear out our cookies and cache, try incognito windows and cautioned that editing events in multiple tabs can cause the issue, but still the issue persists. I'm wondering if it's just our account or if other accounts are experiencing the same problems. This has been happening for over a year now.
I appreciate hearing about other users' experience with this issue.
