Hi Karlie,
Hope you are well.
I have reviewed your query.
This usually happens when you have more than one browser tab open of your Cvent event and you logout from only one of them, or you are logged in to your Cvent account in more than one browser. So when you logout from one window, you are still logged in to the other windows and your browser stores the cache and cookies data. When you try to login again, the system thinks that you are already logged in and prompts the message that your username is currently logged in.
You can simply click on 'Continue' option and continue to login to your account. This way, the system will automatically log you out from all the previous logins and you can keep working on your current login.
I hope this information is helpful.
