I am wondering if anywhere in Cvent is there a way for me to see the logs or code as to why a payment cannot be processed?
I accessed the "Order & Payments" section of the attendee and the only error as to why the payment failed is "Payment Could not be Processed"
I am aware this could be an issue with the card in the registrant's end but I am just wondering in general if we have access to a different report? I also checked the transactions report and no much information there either. If it helps in anything they were using a Mastercard
