My goal every year is to come away with one feature, idea, or process that I can implement in my role. Additionally, I look for at least 5 people that I have not met before because you never know who you can learn from 

The best conversations that I have had over the years have been the sessions that really value and share resources, ideas, or help prompt brainstorming. I walk away with more from those conversations.
