Live Streaming Using Video Switchers and OBS Studio to Attendee Hub

We're embarking on a few hybrid events in the coming weeks where we are handling the live-stream production in-house using OBS Studio as our encoder to get to Cvent Attendee Hub. We will have multiple PTZ cameras and computer sources running into video switcher(s) then OBS using capture cards. I've done several tests and things seem to be working well. I'd love to hear some use-cases from other video engineers regarding their setup. I'm planning on using "External Platform" and "Cvent Video Player".

    How things are wired?

    What streaming settings you're using?

What settings does Cvent like and dislike?

What are some other options that could make things easier or what should I avoid to that makes things harder?

How do you deal with virtual participants when running through a switcher and OBS (or another encoder)?

How do you easily switch between sessions and stream-keys?

I'm getting hung up on the "Start/Stop Streaming" in the Action drop-down menu. This seems to do nothing since my streaming start/stop is coming from OBS. As long as the scheduled session time is current, I can go live with the stream. Does "Start/Stop Session" have any affect on these? The order of operations is a bit confusing here.

    Thanks in advance!
