Hi @Matt Howell, Apologies for the login experience. That sounds frustrating.
I'd like to look into what is causing the login failure. So I can chase this down, you couldn't login directly into Community, and instead, were able to log into the event app and access Community through the drop-down menu or footer link within the app?

It's frustrating that when I tried to sign into this community with my licensed account, I just got "wrong id" messages. I'm signed into cvent so it clearly isn't working properly. Then I reset password but it still didn't work. Finally I accessed it from the admin page. Really bad user experience.
