  • From an events perspective, keeping the project moving with other stakeholders
• What is your best tip to share for being efficient?
  • Sometimes, it's easier to just set reminders to remind people rather than trust they will take care of their tasks in a timely manner :D

• What is the most challenging part of your job? Budgets and approvals, too many competing stakeholder priorities that don't align/clash
• What is your best tip to share for being efficient? Love a good planner, especially in Microsoft. Can set up reminders to others, when you complete tasks I can attach files/designs/renderings so if someone needs to see something they can go see it for themselves or i can quickly pull it up without having to remember where i put that file.

Good morning!

• What is the most challenging part of your job? 
  • As a site builder, it's probably getting the required information I need from planners to create sites in a timely manner, especially on rush jobs. They are incredibly busy so sometimes its difficult for them to carve out the necessary time to provide some of the more specific details. 
• What is your best tip to share for being efficient?
  • For me, having a task list in Outlook for each project has been helpful. I've learned to drop even the smallest tasks in there if I am busy so I don't let them slip my mind and become forgotten.

• What is your best tip to share for being efficient? find a system for managing tasks - planner, app, notebook, post-it notes -  whatever works to keep track of all the little and large tasks that need to get done

• What is the most challenging part of your job? Getting internal stakeholders to request meetings/events in advance. We just started to implement the MRF process and many people don't understand the benefit of getting things started early, especially when it comes to sourcing.
• What is your best tip to share for being efficient? Work ahead. We have many legacy events, that our sites can be duplicated from year to year. This helps in the efficiency as minor updates can be made and the sites can launch much quicker.

Last minute changes. My best tip would be to get as much as possible done ahead of time that way when these changes come through you have the time to make the updates and changes without too much stress.
