I have an in-person event which reached capacity, and a waitlist was created. The actions I took were:
- Increased the capacity
- Reopened registrations
- Went to Event Emails to manually send the email to those waitlist people.
After I realised that the event needed to be closed to send that email, I then re-closed registrations and I still cannot email the waitlist people.
The only function I can do for those emails is send a test, which I don't need to do.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
