In regards to your issue, I have reviewed the entire set-up for one of the recent events in your account. I found out that all the settings including integration set-up, list IDs from Marketo, Marketo Login information and Integration points are correctly configured and should not cause any issues.
However, as you mentioned it is not functioning correctly, this might need further intervention from our application support team for detailed investigation.
