I need to map ISO-3166 compliant country (3 digit) and state (2 digit) codes to Marketo. I have an open support ticket where they instructed me to use Work country/region code and Work state/province code, but those aren't passing any values. Has anyone had any luck accessing these fields? Documentation says they're available via the Cvent API, but I can't get them to pass via the integration. 

I've also tried overwriting the values on form submit using javascript, but since the Home Address module is tied to contact records as a core widget those values are passing from a different source, and not available to capture on submit.

Our country codes passed via the Marketo integration will not be 3 characters, we pass the 2 character ISO-3166-Alpha 2 codes. As for the region codes they should be passed in the 2 character state you require but will not be sent for all states/regions across the world. If you required different values than what Cvent provides we suggest creating a Custom Contact Field which will allow you control of the inputs from the registrant. To get those setup, reach out to your account team if you require ny assistance.
