    Hello All,

    I have an attendee who is listed on two separate invitation lists. He has registered under 1 list but I need to register him to attend a meeting. How can I modify his registration to so that I can add the additional meeting to his registration?

    Hi Catrina,

    Is the additional meeting set up as a session or optional item? You can modify their existing registration on the backend to register him for the additional meeting: Modifying Registrations

    The meeting is setup as an optional meeting but the individual appears on two invitation lists. I tried to modify his registration but I couldn't see the meeting on the agenda. Can I switch the registration type?

    Yes, you can switch his registration type on the backend if his current registration type does not have access to the session. Switching Registration Types
