Once you've created your new invitation list and imported the contacts, please follow these steps to reuse an existing email:

Go to Event Emails

Select the new invitation list

Click "Create Email"

Choose "Use an existing email in this event"

Select the email you want to reuse from the other invitation list

Save it

Hi Amarnath, I have given this a go but it won't let me choose the guests from the second invitation group as the email is copied the the first invitation group. I want to use two different invitation groups as the sender email will be separate.
The tip above, did work for something else I could do, but would still like to know if the above is possible.

Yes, you can duplicate the emails by using the "Copy Email" feature in Cvent. Here's how:
Go to the Email Designer for your first invite group.
Locate the email you want to copy and click "Actions" > "Copy Email".
Select the new invite group as the recipient.
Update the sender details for the new invite group while keeping the design intact.
Save and schedule the email.

Is there a way to duplicate the whole set of emails from one invite group to another?
I have two invite groups which I want to send out the same email without having to completely redesign it, the difference as to why I have two invite groups is the sender will be different for both groups as it's a joined event.
What's the easiest way to send this without having to redesign the email? When I add the new invitation list, a new set of emails gets created which default to the blank templates.
