Thanks so much for flagging this, and I'm sorry for the frustration.
What's happening is a cookie issue: the new navigation preference is stored in your browser, not in your specific Cvent account. So if you used the new navigation in a test or beta environment, that setting can carry over.
To get back to the old navigation and fix the display:
That will remove the navigation cookie and restore the old navigation. If you are still having issues, please let us know which browser you're using, and we'll dig in further.
