Hi Madelyn,
At this time, there isn’t a way for planners to remotely “exit” or remove an old event from the app for all attendees at once. The event list each attendee sees is stored on their device, so they would still need to exit the past event themselves if they’ve already opened it.
To keep things smooth for this year’s event, here are two best‑practice options you can use:
-
Close/Archive the old Attendee Hub so no one can actually use the past event anymore, even if it still appears in their app list.
-
Drive attendees directly into the current year event using your new magic link / QR code / dynamic link in emails, confirmation pages, and on‑site signage. When they tap that link, it will open the correct event in the app without requiring them to manually exit the prior year first.
Hope this helps!

Subject: Exit Old Event in App
Is there a way to Exit the old event from the app for all participants, so they don't need to take that step before going into the current year event?
