Open Forum

I have the app set up, but when attendees try to create their schedule from the agenda, they get the following message: "Schedule changes are no longer allowed...." Our event officially starts tomorrow. Any suggestions? I cannot find a setting to change it.

Hello John, have you checked the date on the field "Close Modifications On". This field is in the settings for the Modify Registration widget in the Site Designer. If that date has passed registrants won't be able to adjust their schedules.
