  • 1.  No option to upload more media

    Hello! I am working on a new event and i went to add new photos for the splash screen, icon, banners, etc. However is only allowing me to select old photos, i dont see the usual plus sign button to upload a new photo into an album. I will attach a screenshot. Anyone know why?

    This seems to be like a bug Melanie or some admin level issue. Please reach out to your Account manager at Cvent. They should be able to get it fixed

    Hi Melanie,

    This most likely seems to be an access issue. It could be possible that your user role or the actual access rights to media library may have been modified. Are you currently the administrator of this account? If not it might be best to reach out to your admin and see what might have changed with your user role and access rights.
