  • 1.  Optional Items: Include in emails and registration information

    I am looking for easier ways to view and share information on optional items. I'd posted a thread previously looking for ways to send out emails by optional items and found some workarounds.

    I'm hoping someone has some similar insight or ideas. Is there a way to include the Optional Items a person registered for in their confirmation email or in the event reminder? I do not see it as an available field in the Registration Information widget. It would also be nice to have optional items as an available column to create a custom attendee view or as a default reporting option.

    Hi Retha,

    Using the Registration Information widget within the email designer, you have the option to toggle on to display both quantity items and donation items. See screenshot below. This should achieve what you are looking for unless you are referring to something else! You can add this widget to both the confirmation email and the event reminder email (or other post-registration emails) as you mentioned.
