Is there a way to set certain optional items to show based on admission item, rather than registration type?

I am setting up a sponsorship registration where companies have the option to sponsor one event or another, or both. The sponsorship levels are the same for both events. If someone chooses to sponsor Event A, I would like them to see the options for sponsoring (for example) Event A Gold, Event A Silver, and Event A Bronze. Then, the same if they chose Event B. If they choose to sponsor both events, they could select from the entire list (and say, choose Event A Gold but Event B Bronze).

Right now I have all of the optional items set up individually, and so they all show on the optional items page regardless of which admission item they choose. Is there a way to narrow this down?

You can do this through the Advanced Settings Tab of the Admission Item. You can select which ones are associated to the Admission Item as well as a min/max number of selections that can be made.
