Using a two-way Passkey have you worked with hotels that are unable to assist with attendee sub-blocks? Making reservations, managing reservations, etc.  We typically do not handle the attendee block. We just handle the staff. In the past hotels have been able to help the attendees with making, modifying, or cancelling a room. This year we are being told they are not able to do that and are not able to see our rooming list.

We are using the Marriott Marquis. 

In the past we have changed the cut off date so the hotel could see everything, however, this year we were told there was an update and that would not work.
