If you have an acknowledgment configured to send on reservation processing/modification, guests may receive new acknowledgments when the hotel processes reservations or confirmation numbers. The timing matches when the hotel processed confirmations, but the behavior is driven by the organizer's campaign settings, not a hotel-level action.
So if your hotel partner wants new emails to go out after confirmation numbers are added, they'll need you (or Passkey Support on the organizer's behalf) to:
- Configure an acknowledgment that includes the hotel confirmation number data tag.
- Send or re-send that acknowledgment (bulk or targeted) from the organizer's event/campaign tools.
