Hello, I have an interesting predicament.
I use Passkey for a hotel bookings. There is a reservation that is not found in RezHub (I backdated and selected 'All Reservations', has not been transferred to my operating system, but I can find it when I "Find Reservation" with the guest confirmation number they emailed me.
I am not sure what to do, we tried syncing the two platforms yesterday, which didn't work. And I've gone through the troubleshooting found on Passkey Support.
