    Hello, I have an interesting predicament. 

    I use Passkey for a hotel bookings. There is a reservation that is not found in RezHub (I backdated and selected 'All Reservations', has not been transferred to my operating system, but I can find it when I "Find Reservation" with the guest confirmation number they emailed me. 

    I am not sure what to do, we tried syncing the two platforms yesterday, which didn't work. And I've gone through the troubleshooting found on Passkey Support.

    Hi - this may or may not work for this situation but in the past, sometimes Bridge ID's didn't create. If using Cvent for registration, you can go to that attendee, Manage Travel, and click on the link to book a hotel and that will create a Bridge ID. Hope that helps.
