Hi All, 

We have an event coming up and we will be taking photographs. It is an external event and we did not put a question in registration opting in or out of having photosgraphs taken and used for marketing. Our thought is to have a question at registration that could do this. Is this something I can build into On Arrival check-in? Anyone else do something similarly?

Hi,

Yes, you can build that into On Arrival check in. We did that for a 2024 event and it worked great. If you want guests to also opt in, they would need to check themselves in. We have also used the feedback survey to send emails for waivers before the event.

Hello Erin,

Some of our event planners either use the Consent widget or the Terms & Conditions with specific wording as part of registration. I have also seen some event planners use a simple Choice question set up as a yes or no also as a registration question.
