I don't think you can since it's part of the widget and not actually a registration question. I thought maybe in the hotel request submitted alert you could filter down in the advanced filters but it doesn't look like you can. You can definitely include it in your rooming list report though!
As a workaround you could turn off that question in the hotel widget and instead add it as a travel question linked to the widget and then you can definitely set up a planner alert based off of that question!
