I have an individual who is currently an Access Portal User.  We would like to make them a planner under event users.  Is there way to do this without deleting them as an access portal user?

Hi Lisa,

An Access Portal user cannot be added as an Account User with the same email address. This is because the system requires unique email addresses for each user type to ensure proper access and data management.
However, you can create an Access Portal user and an Account User with the same email address by using different usernames for each. 

Steps to create an account user: Admin > Manage Users >Users > Create User.
